By purchasing any program, registering for a workshop, or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services & Digital Delivery

  • Digital Nature of Services: Architect Your Life Mental Health Global Institute specializes in digital mental wellness programs, structured online workshops, and educational materials.
  • No Physical Shipping: All resources are delivered 100% digitally via email, download links, or online member portals. No physical products will be shipped, and no physical shipping addresses are required for order fulfillment.

2. Fees, Payments, & Strict Non-Refund Policy

  • Payment Terms: All fees for programs and workshops must be paid in full at checkout or via an authorized payment plan prior to gaining access.
  • The Access Link Rule: Due to the immediate delivery and digital permanence of our intellectual property, all sales are final. The exact moment the client receives the link to access the program or workshop, you are no longer eligible for a refund, cancellation, or chargeback.
  • Pre-Access Cancellations: Refund requests will only be evaluated if a purchase was made for a delayed-release program and the access link or login credentials have not yet been generated or sent to your email.

3. Mental Wellness & Professional Disclaimer

  • Not Medical or Clinical Therapy: The programs, frameworks, and workshops provided are rooted in neuroscience-based personal development, cognitive regulation, and behavioral coaching. They are educational and instructional in nature.
  • No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Content provided by Architect Your Life Mental Health Global Institute or its representatives (including Coach Neo) does not constitute clinical psychology, psychiatry, or medical advice.
  • Crisis Warning: Our services are not designed to assist with psychiatric emergencies or severe mental health crises. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency medical services or a crisis hotline immediately.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Proprietary Content: All program materials, video sales letters (VSLs), workshop manuals, graphics, frameworks, and course structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Architect Your Life Mental Health Global Institute.
  • Limited License: Your purchase grants you a single, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share your access links, distribute workshop materials, or reproduce our proprietary frameworks without express written consent.

5. Community Guidelines & Conduct

  • Safe Environment: If your program includes access to our private community channels or social media groups, you agree to communicate respectfully.
  • Termination of Access: We reserve the right to remove you from workshops, community groups, or portal access—without a refund—if you engage in abusive, harassing, or disruptive behavior toward instructors, staff, or other participants.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Architect Your Life Mental Health Global Institute, its directors, and its employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in our programs or your implementation of any strategies taught. Your mental wellness journey is entirely your own responsibility.
