1. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship any physical products, workbooks, or tangible materials. Therefore, no shipping fees will ever be charged at checkout, and you do not need to provide a physical shipping address to receive your purchase.

2. How Digital Delivery Works

The moment your purchase is finalized, our digital delivery process begins:

  • Immediate Email Delivery: You will receive an automated confirmation email containing your access links, login credentials, or downloadable files.
  • Instant Access: For workshops and multi-module programs, the access link grants you immediate entry into our secure online learning portal.

3. What to Do If You Don't Receive Your Link

Because our delivery is entirely automated, emails occasionally get redirected by strict filters. If you have completed your purchase but cannot find your access link, please take the following steps:

  1. Check Alternate Folders: Search your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for an email from us.
  2. Verify Your Email: Ensure the email address used during checkout was spelled correctly.
